From the Bidode plot facing south, near the village of Pupillin, this elegant Chardonnay is produced from 60-year-old vines that are hand-harvested. The wine spends a minimum of two years in oak barrels before being bottled. It exhibits excellent, firm acidity with a true fullness in the mouth. On the nose and palate, there are notes of honey and nuts, while flavors of pear, fig, and melon shine through, leading to a grand finish dominated by mineral notes.
Grape: Chardonnay.
