DELIVERY

In general, orders will be delivered from Monday to Friday.

If you require flexibility, you can choose delivery to a pickup point (kiosks, stationery stores, etc.). Many of these pickup points are open on weekends.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

You may return an order (or product) within 48 hours of receipt.

Only returns of damaged or faulty products will be allowed.

To return an order, please contact us by sending an email to orders@winebohemians.com, detailing the reasons for the return.

In the case of damaged or deteriorated products, Wine Bohemians may request photographs of the condition of the product.

Wine Bohemians will cover the return costs for products that are damaged or in poor condition.

If the order is in perfect condition but you have changed your mind for any reason, you have seven days to make the return. All products must be in perfect condition, sealed, unused, and in their original packaging. The shipping costs to our facilities will be borne by you. Once the returned order is received and verified, we will proceed with the refund for the amount you paid.
