Vines aged between 25 and 60 years in Pupillin, it pours a pale ruby tinged with orange, but surprisingly offers a fleshy depth and firm minerality. Vinified in large old wooden barrels, they preserve the freshness of the wine and allow for an extremely conservative use of sulfur. It is a richer example both on the nose and palate.
Grape: Ploussard.
