Wine sourced from vineyards with 40 to 80 years of age in 3 vineyards located in the Burgos region. Clay-limestone soil in one part of the vineyards and stony with limestone in the other part. Each vineyard is worked separately. Maceration in stainless steel and food-grade plastic for 30 days. Aging in used French oak with the maximum possible volume. Spontaneous fermentation. A complex, vibrant, deep, and fun wine.
Grapes: Mostly Tempranillo, with Bobal, Garnacha, and Listán prieto.
