Wine sourced from vineyards with 70 to 75 years of age. Clay-limestone soil. Foot pressing and light maceration for 12 to 36 hours. It is then pressed with whole clusters and transferred to barrels for fermentation. Aging for 10 to 12 months in used French oak barrels. Very fresh wine with structure. With the ideal pairing, it becomes a great pleasure.
Grapes: Tempranillo and Bobal (70% red grape varieties) and Albillo Mayor (30% white grape variety).
