From the south-facing Bidode plot, near the village of Pupillin, this elegant Chardonnay is produced from 60-year-old vines that are hand-harvested. 100% Chardonnay, the wine spends a minimum of two years in oak barrels before being bottled. Excellent firm acidity with true fullness in the mouth. Notes of honey on the nose and palate, with a mineral-driven finish.
