Harvest is carried out in the first half of October. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks for 10 to 15 days. Afterwards, it ages in 500L barrels for a few months. Notes of blackberries and blueberries, very easy to drink with vibrant acidity.
Grape: Barbera.
