Originating from vineyards exposed to the southwest with 15 to 45 years of age in red soils with flint. Manual harvest and grape selection on the sorting table. Maceration and fermentation in separate cement tanks by grape variety. Bottled after 4 months with a slight filtration using a terracotta filter. With this wine, it provides the full expression of the fruit from the 3 typical grape varieties of Touraine-Amboise, which complement each other and transform this wine into something with excellent volume, indulgent, and full of pleasure.
