Vineyards at an altitude of 500 to 560 meters with sandy and schist soil. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks where it ages for one year. It is then transferred to wooden barrels for further aging. An artwork considered the producer's Grand Cru. Complex, aromatic, with floral and spice notes. It has body, freshness, and elegance.
