Wine originating from vineyards planted in 1974 on peridotite soil. After the harvest, the whole cluster is pneumatically pressed. Aging takes place in underground cement tanks and also in tiled vats for 9 months. An elegant wine with immense salinity. It is a very mineral wine and at the same time full of life.
Grape: Melon de Bourgogne.
