Sourced from vineyards worked in biodynamic mode. It is destemmed, and spontaneous fermentation occurs in a traditional stone lagar for 8-10 days. Subsequently, it is aged in chestnut casks for 9 months. It exhibits notes of forest and red fruit. On the palate, it is elegant, structured, and very energetic. It pairs well with food.
Grapes: Touriga Nacional, Mencia, and Rufete.
