Tantaka Blanco 2022

Originating from our own vineyards, cultivated under a minimal intervention viticulture system, located in the Arrastaría Valley.The harvest is 100% manual, using 7 kg boxes. Pressing is done in a low-performance horizontal pneumatic press (58% Max). Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks ranging from 2,500L to 5,000L, with aging on lees for 5 months.White fruits (apple, pear) and stone fruits (apricot), as well as citrus (grapefruit, lime), create a subtle range of floral aromas and certain balsamic nuances, lending it an elegant freshness. On the palate, the volume stands out due to aging on fine lees, which, in turn, imparts bakery aromas and flavors. There is a silky balance in the mouth between the gentle acidity and the characteristic bitterness of the variety.
