Vines in marl and sandstone soil, it is vinified in large old French oak barrels. The harvest is done by hand, and all the work is done in an artisanal manner. It has a golden appearance, is complex, with aromas of dried fruits and spices. It has excellent persistence, hints of green olives and lemon zest.
