Vines in marl and sandstone soil are vinified in large old French oak barrels. The harvest is done by hand, and all the work is done in an artisanal manner. It has a golden appearance, is complex, and has aromas of dried fruits and spices. It has excellent persistence and a slightly acidic finish.
