Vines planted in a sedimentary clay-limestone soil of the Kimmeridgian period, the 30-year-old vines spread over an average of 6.5 hectares divided into five parcels. The harvest, mostly destemmed, undergoes a maceration for three to four weeks in a 90 hl wooden tank. Aging is carried out in these same tanks during the first year, and then in concrete tanks during the second winter.
Grape: Pinot Noir.
