The 4 hectares of the Chandelières vineyard (in the commune of Menetou-Salon), facing east, were planted half with Pinot Noir and half with Sauvignon, between 1975 and 1978, in clay-limestone soils of the Kimmeridgian period. The grapes undergo a maceration with about 20% whole clusters for three weeks. The wine is aged in 600L barrels and stainless steel tanks for 18 months.
Grape: Pinot Noir.
