This wine comes from 2.2 hectares of Clos des Treilles, a south/southeast-facing slope in the commune of Parassy. The vineyard, planted in the early 1970s, thrives in a sedimentary clay-limestone soil from the Kimmeridgian period, rich in siliceous limestone. This wine is aged in 600L oak casks on lees without batonnage for 18 months. It exhibits a balance between a broad palate, freshness in the bitter notes, and a saline finish.
Grape: Sauvignon Blanc.
