The 4 hectares of the Chandelières vineyard (in the commune of Menetou-Salon), facing east, were planted half with Pinot Noir and half with Sauvignon, between 1975 and 1978, in clay-limestone terroirs of the Kimmeridgian period. This wine is aged for 22 months in stainless steel tanks on fine lees. It is vibrant, with structure and elegance conferred by aging, depth, and volume. It offers great aromatic complexity.
Grape: Sauvignon Blanc.
