Wine originating from vineyards planted in 1998 on shale soil. After the harvest, the whole cluster is pneumatically pressed, and the intensity varies from year to year depending on the harvest. Aging takes place in underground cement tanks and also in tiled vats for 8 months. An elegant wine full of fruit. Intense nose full of personality. It has citrus acidity and a rich, saline finish with immense freshness.
Grape: Melon de Bourgogne.
