Wine from vineyards planted in 1984, with soil composed of granite and gneiss bedrock. After the harvest, the whole cluster is pneumatically pressed. Aging is done in oak barrels and foudres for 9 months. Notes of stone fruit, vibrant, elegant with hints of smoke. It has citrus acidity and a rich, saline finish. It has great aging potential.
Grape: Melon de Bourgogne.
