Vineyards with low yields but high quality. Altitude 500 to 550 meters, continental climate with Atlantic influence. Old vines planted between 1920 and 1940.
Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation is spontaneous and with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel vats with no temperature control. The wine has aromas of red fruit, very floral, touches of spice and acidity on the palate.
Grapes: Mencia 85% and 15% white and red varieties (Godello, Doña Blanca, Alicante Bouchet, Palomino).
