Wine from Cru Goulaine, vineyards planted in 1974. Soil with shale and micashist rocks. After the harvest, the whole cluster is pneumatically pressed, and the intensity varies from year to year depending on the harvest. Aging is done in underground cement vats and also in tiled tanks for 20 months. Excellent fruit maturity, energy, and minerality. Notes of stone fruit and a very saline finish.
Grape: Melon de Bourgogne.
