Wine from Cru Goulaine, vineyards planted in 1936. Soil with a bedrock of peridotite. After the harvest, the whole cluster is pneumatically pressed, and the intensity varies from year to year depending on the harvest. Aging is done in underground cement vats and also in tiled tanks for 20 months. Notes of stone fruit, vibrant and elegant with smoky undertones. It has citrus acidity and a rich, saline finish. It has great aging potential.
Grape: Melon de Bourgogne.
