Diapiro Blanco 2022

Originating from our own vineyards, cultivated under a minimal intervention viticulture system, located in two plots (Belandika and Itxolo) in Artómaña and Délika, in the Arrastaria Valley. The soils are characterized by their alluvial and semi-deep nature, with a climate ranging between Atlantic and continental, depending on the harvest.The harvest is 100% manual, using 7 kg boxes. Pressing is done in a low-performance horizontal pneumatic press (55% Max). Fermentation takes place in 1,000L and 2,500L stainless steel tanks, with aging on lees for 7 months.The delicacy of the grape variety is appreciated through its fruity aromas of white and tropical fruits (pear and pineapple) and floral scents reminiscent of orange blossom. There is an underlying range of aromas from the hydrocarbon family characteristic of the Riesling variety, complemented by complexity with subtle balsamic notes of fresh herbs. Silky and balanced on the palate, it showcases the volume developed during aging on lees. An explosion of flavor that is truly delightful.

Grapes: 85% Ondarrabi Zuri and 15% Riesling.
