Domaine La Grange Tiphaine Clef de Sol Rouge 2021

A wine to drink now or to age. It comes from vineyards with 60-year-old vines in clay and flinty soil with deep limestone bedrock. Manual harvest and sorting in the vineyard and winery. Maceration and fermentation in concrete tanks with indigenous yeast. Slow and delicate extraction. Aging in 225 and 400-liter barrels. Light filtration with terracotta filters. Open two hours before serving.
