Originating from vineyards planted in 1955 with good sun exposure. Partial fermentation in barrels with batonnage for 12 months, while the other half is fermented in stainless steel. After blending, the wine ages in French oak barrels. Bottled 18 months after harvest. On the nose, it presents an elegant bouquet of floral and mineral aromas. On the palate, it is a complete wine, rich, and with great depth.
Grape: Chardonnay.
