Bourgogne Chardonnay 2021

It comes from vineyards to the northwest of the village of Mersault on clay-limestone soil with a predominance of clay.
Manual harvest and alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels.
of which 20 to 25% are new wood.
Golden in color, with a mineral, fine, delicate and persistent nose.
On the nose it has aromas of fresh fruit with pear and nutty flavors originating from its ageing in the barrels.
The palate is seductive, smooth but generous.
