Harvest is carried out in mid-October. Fermentation takes place in cement vats for 25 days. Subsequently, it ages in 500L barrels for a period that can range from 18 to 36 months depending on the year. Notes of violets, roses, cherries, and raspberries. Delicate and fresh wine with elegant tannins.
Grape: Nebbiolo.
