Harvest is carried out in mid-October in the vineyards of Serralunga d'Alba. Fermentation takes place in cement vats for 25 days. Subsequently, it ages in 500L barrels sourced from the Fontainebleau forest for a period that can range from 18 to 36 months depending on the year. Light notes of coconut and chocolate, raspberry, plum, and pepper. Delicate and fresh wine with elegant tannins.
