Vineyards with 350 to 450 meters of altitude with granite and quartz soil.
Fermentation in stainless steel and cement. It ages in small oak barrels for 9 months.
Aroma of blackberries, cherry and red fruits, very elegant and delicate. High acidity, medium tannins and a very smooth finish.
Varieties: 90% Nebbiolo, Rossola, Pignola, Brugnola, Negrera, Rossolino Rosa and Chiavennaschino
