Made from a blend of 2 of the best plots of old vines in biodynamic agriculture. Naturally fermented in open vats and aged for 18 months in used French and Austrian oak barrels of 500L and 225L. The nose is fresh and highly mineral. On the palate, it exhibits plenty of acidity, energy, and demands food pairing.
Grapes: 20 different varieties with a predominance of Baga.
