Manual selection of grapes in search of perfect ripeness. Complete destemming. Pumping over is performed to extract the most aggressive tannins. Aged in French oak barrels for 12 to 16 months. Intense red color, with aromas of red fruits and a slight woody nose. Powerful, rich, balanced, and very long.
